Wrote off my heart palpitations, weight gain, and swelling as "somatic pain responses to anxiety". Put "major depressive disorder" and "Labile Moods" in my chart when I don't have either, and she never discussed those with me. Told me my body pain, and fluid retention was because I'm "getting older". I'm 33. Btw.... It was Chronic Kidney Disease. Thanks to the doctors that actually took my concerns seriously.
