I worked directly with Sandy Ponder and Phillip Susan, two incredibly patient and understanding associates. WOW! What a wonderful experience!! My husband and I are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal this month and we were looking for an "upgrade". A Very Disrespectful Jeweler – My fiance and I went here to pick out my engagement ring and they have turned what is supposed to be a happy occasion into a very unhappy one. I brought in a diamond that was of sentimental value to have put into the setting. I picked out a ring from their selection and I was promised two weeks.
