Terrible experience! I submitted my application along with my app fee to rent at one of their properties after viewing the unit two days prior and no one followed up with me. I sent emails, called, and left several messages and not one person at this company followed up with me! Do not waste your time!

Terrible. When you move in everything is broken. Maintenance is on vacation and fixes nothing. They want you to waste all your money fixing things that their already supposed to have fixed. Overpriced. Parking spot prices are selfish and overpriced to try and rip you off. It’s not even a covered spot. They try to get as much money out of you as they can. Terrible communication. The criminal record on my credit deprived me of so many opportunities along side nineteen hard inquiries and about fifteen derogatory items which messed up my report and lowered my credit score to low 500s. This is the worst landlord I have ever had. When someone tried to break into my apartment they showed no concern and made no effort to make me feel safe. When packages were being stolen they refused to install cameras. When other residents had loud parties into the early morning they told me that my only option was to call the police. They were not clear with when the apartment was going to be shown and did not allow me to tell them times that did not work for me for apartment showings. Run don't walk away from any dealing with this company. In addition to treating potential tenants like garbage, their main goal is to get money from you any way they can. First they made it nearly impossible to see the unit I wanted to see. When I finally (after 15 attempts) got to see the unit, I asked what was required to rent the place. Positively the worst experience ever dealing with a management company. The property manager was young, inexperienced, rude and unable to professionally represent the property owner. Matija is not able to apply logic when dealing with customers, she is rude and makes you feel unwelcomed. She acts as if she is doing you a favor in every conversation. THERE IS A CHILD PREDATOR LIVING IN THIS BUILDING!!!! On 9/23/2020 around 10 AM a grown man living in this building physically attacked an 11 year old child at the mailbox. This person stole keys to the building from the child and now has access to building via both the front and back doors. He has not been identified by the police, and is still lurking somewhere in the complex waiting to attack another child.
