My property manager Kurt couldn't have been more responsive. Both my washer and dryer quit working late one evening and Kurt had the repairman in my place the next morning and the units were repaired that day. These good reviews are ridiculous. Horrible building managers consistently not being responsive. Either they don't pick up your call, or they say they'd show up at a time and don't!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company bought the building I lived in halfway through my lease. When I told them I was planning on not renewing, they started scheduling viewings 3 months prior to when my lease was up. I sent a letter asking if there was any way possible they could scale back viewings, because I was nervous about so many people in and out of my apartment so frequently. They did not.
