Major thank you to Adi and Amber at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful in answering some questions for my father and I about medications and options for filling Prescriptions. Polite. Patient. So helpful. Thank you to both of them. This office as a whole has always provided a good experience any time I've been there.
They refuse to answer the phone. I have a referral to their office and no one will even answer the phone so I can set up an appointment. I've been trying for 3 days....
I had 1 appointment because xray showed kidney stone present and was having pain in lower back. PA sent me for CT scan. Scan revealed large kidney stone. Dr. Office did not call me so I called them and nobody would answer phone. Left a message that I needed a new appointment sooner. Nobody from office called me back. 10 days later I was admitted to hospital with a swollen kidney and large kidney stone causing severe pain. I have had several appointments here. Only one with the doctor, he was 2-1/2 hours behind schedule. No regard for others time. When he finally came in, he said that he had a cancer patient that had questions. I can understand that, but the office staff said he is late all the time. I said why not schedule the appointments further apart! He told me he wanted me to see another doc, because he specializes in cancer patients. awesome place, Dr Nicole was very nice and explained everything to me clearly and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the services and was in and out quick!
