I had 1 appointment because xray showed kidney stone present and was having pain in lower back. PA sent me for CT scan. Scan revealed large kidney stone. Dr. Office did not call me so I called them and nobody would answer phone. Left a message that I needed a new appointment sooner. Nobody from office called me back. 10 days later I was admitted to hospital with a swollen kidney and large kidney stone causing severe pain. I have had several appointments here. Only one with the doctor, he was 2-1/2 hours behind schedule. No regard for others time. When he finally came in, he said that he had a cancer patient that had questions. I can understand that, but the office staff said he is late all the time. I said why not schedule the appointments further apart! He told me he wanted me to see another doc, because he specializes in cancer patients. awesome place, Dr Nicole was very nice and explained everything to me clearly and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the services and was in and out quick!
I wouldn’t leave not even 1 star . The wait times for a scheduled appt is beyond crazy to me. We waited for 3 1/2 hours to be seen by Dr. Ali. This is not the first time this has happened. This is the third time and it’s always with him. It’s a pattern. Not only did we wait for 3 1/2 hours but we waited for no reason for him to end up telling us my aunt is not getting her stent removal procedure done today. I saw Nicole the PA today and my whole experience was pleasant from the front staff to my visit with Nicole. I did not feel rushed, was seen on time, felt heard, and found the care effective.
