They never pick up their phone. It’s getting ridiculous. It seems like I need to go in person to resolve an appt issue. Very unprofessional. The PA Nicole is great but they need better office management.
Dr Ali is one of the greatest Urologist I have ever met. After 4 years of having the urge to urinate unnecessarily 3-4-5 times an hour while I was awake and having seen 4 other Urologist and tons of exams and MRI, scans, Three painful cytologies Dr. Ali found a tiny stone logged in a past surgery suture. He removed it and gave me back my freedom and life!!! I will never be able to repay him for this gift. This man is amazing!!! Thx U Doc!! From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!!!
Major thank you to Adi and Amber at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful in answering some questions for my father and I about medications and options for filling Prescriptions. Polite. Patient. So helpful. Thank you to both of them. This office as a whole has always provided a good experience any time I've been there.
They refuse to answer the phone. I have a referral to their office and no one will even answer the phone so I can set up an appointment. I've been trying for 3 days....
I had 1 appointment because xray showed kidney stone present and was having pain in lower back. PA sent me for CT scan. Scan revealed large kidney stone. Dr. Office did not call me so I called them and nobody would answer phone. Left a message that I needed a new appointment sooner. Nobody from office called me back. 10 days later I was admitted to hospital with a swollen kidney and large kidney stone causing severe pain.
