We recently sold our home and the buyer used David Kasper as his attorney. The HUD closing statement was incorrect and had to be corrected prior to closing. The 9AM closing was done with a cash buyer (no issues) and then Mr. Kasper left to pick up a sick child at the day care center. We are sympathetic about his sick child.
