I needed a job done through an unlikely period of the year (new years) and while Josh wasn’t available to do the work he was contactable, very friendly and offered to help find me someone who might be available. Will be using Kasper Inspections in the future
Very responsive, when booking or if you have questions, easy to deal with and the inspection was great covered everything; report had pictures, very descriptive, easy to read and understand with realistic recommendations included.
We used Kasper to inspect a couple of properties that we had put offers on. Chris was incredibly thorough and pointed out all the issues with both and was always available to call for anything that we didn't understand. Because of Kasper we were able to purchase our first home with confidence and with a thorough list over everything that needs attention. I would not hesitate in recommending Kasper to anyone looking at buying a property.
Both Chris and Josh were easy to work with and their reports were very thorough.
