They no longer care, Kathy the receptionist was the rudest receptionist I’ve dealt with. I wonder how many clients she can lose for Kaspari. Although it appears it’s not the animals he cares for but the contents of the owners wallets. He hated my dog too they literally told me I have weird dogs because I didn’t abuse them into submission. I could go on and on. They are great at first and then turn into total trash. Good bye and good luck.👍
