My experience with Kaspar Lugay was, without question, one of the most disappointing professional experiences I have ever encountered. This firm appears to prioritize maximizing billable hours over genuinely serving their clients' best interests. Called to get a consult for a change of name for my son and flat out got told there was no way i would get it granted. Fast forward a couple of months later i did the paperwork on my own. Now i can say it did get granted with no problems, no issues and no help.
