He knows A-Z each step in the process. He will also inform you on how to operate within the law and oversee your properties to ensure you are at full capacity to collect as much rent as possible.

Would not recommend this realtorDavid Kasner to my worst enemy he is a liar, bully, glib and doesn't follow through on any promises. Plain and simple he should not be allowed to be a landlord or realtor. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!! 0 stars. Have videos of a federal 3rd degree offense he let go and saved texts and alot more on this underhanded liar of a realtor.
