The staff is always great, they will treat everyone with kindness and respect. Dr. Flory is awesome. He treats Mack as if he's the only dog around. always so gentle with him, even sits on the floor with him. He is #1 in our book.
After a very horrible experience in Effingham at the pet wellness center I took my big boy to kaskaskia valley animal hospital and sadly I lost my thor due to a blood clot after surgery but he was in the best hands he could have been at this clinic. The doctors and all the staff were absolutely amazing with him and with me as well. Kaskaskia Valley Animal Hospital is the BEST veterinary Hospital in central Illinois, they are therefor you, they get you in quick, I can’t tell you how many times I needed them quickly either for my pets or my granddogs, they are very compassionate, there staff is the best as well, there are 3 veterinarians that work there and they are all very good!!! They are also reasonably priced!! If you need a new veterinarian please contact them!!!

Both Doctors are truly amazing Vets and truly care about the animals. Baylee has been sick lately and Dr Florey has kept in contact with me. Even tho today is Sunday he took time out of his day to call me and let me know how she is doing. Very compassionate Doctors as well. Just luv em! ❤ Girls in the office are simply amazing too. I would never take Baylee anywhere else, I'm just so fortunate to have found them! ❤🐾
