Sehr angenehmes und freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage auch zum Ocean Drive nur 25 min am Strand entlang. Technisch gut ausgestattet.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Nothing works as if should, very disorganized, and not modernized. Safety and security are questionable. Staff are not polite or accommodating.

Beware: Stolen Jewelry, Unsafe Room Conditions, and No Accountability My mother stayed at Kaskades Hotel South Beach and had an extremely disappointing—and distressing—stay. The room had several serious issues, including: • Mold on the ceiling • A broken TV • A non-functioning curtain • Water that wouldn’t stop running • General poor room maintenance She reported all of this to the front desk during her stay. **Serious Health and Safety Concerns** Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was deeply concerning. The first room we were assigned had a strong odor of mold and mildew. We promptly requested a room change. However, the second room had an even bigger problem — a strong chlorine-like smell that was so intense it made our eyes burn! By far the best service I have ever received in a hotel! The staff from the moment we got there were very friendly and accommodating! Anything we had questions on they would go above and beyond. I would come back just for the service alone!
