Call to get some information in the front desk lady hung up on me 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend very disappointing

Such nice people, but this is definitely an aging hotel with some issues. They have Toto toilets with bidets, but the light panel in the bathroom was missing and showing circuitry. The first room I was in had a broken curtain and it was making my first floor room visible from the street so I asked to be moved just for personal security. They politely did, but also the replacement room didn't have the TV set up, not all light switches worked... but it was all really clean. So torn, it could be great, but it's really not...

Hotel lobby definitely can use some renovating. The staff was nice. The room was nice minus the abundance of ants on the balcony. Great location near shops, restaurants, beach. The pool was closed but they did give access to the pool at the Gale right across the street. Valet service was on point.

Previously reviewed this place which was average at best. I am doing another review as we have never been given our deposit back from the hotel which was close to £200 gbp!!! I have tried emailing multiple times to see where this is but completely ignored. Do not use!!!

The hotel is in a great location near to many bars and restaurants as well as walking distance to the beach. We were given a spacious room with a balcony that we had never originally booked. The bed was comfortable with a large shower that worked well. However, the balcony wasn’t the cleanest and we had an issue with ants entering the room from there.
