The technician left telling me he needs to order a board to fix a "3 phase" connection. I HAVE ZERO THREE PHASE REQUIREMENTS!! This is a 10/15 year old heat pump. Every tag specifically says 1 phase. If Kasinger technician is uneducated, they will lie and order a part. You better pray! The tech sure is!! Kasinger finally arrived to fix the "three phase" heat pump.
