My first vist with Dr. Kasim Mirza was fantastic! I was a little nervous, however very impressed with the entire experience. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, actually by working me in for my appointment the next day and understanding my level of pain. When I met Dr. Mirza he immediately put me at ease . He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, asking thoughtful questions and making sure I understood everything we discussed. I love the staff and Dr. Mirza. I go to a lot of doctors offices weekly and I can tell you there is other office I enjoy more than coming to his practice. The staff is always so genuine, upbeat and they enjoy their jobs. They make sure you don’t sit and wait long at all. Dr. Mirza respects the patient’s time as well. Great first visit. The front desk admin will make you want to come back! Her bubbly personality and willingness to help is impeccable. She is the same when she calls you as well. Very personable. Dr. Mirza was very thorough in his explaining and exam. He was gentle and very informative.
