worse massage and facial – I purchased a groupon for 45 minute facial and 1 hour swedish or deep tissue massage. I was very excited yay. Great Facial – i got "Rene Guinot Hydradermie Plus "done last thursday, it is worth spending $120 ! You can see the glow right away! Domanika had performed it very well ! she is a sweet Polish girl! I am very happy with the service, i would never go back to Chinese spas , as they are good for nothing as compared to this one! Must try!

the best of the best spas – I go to Kasias for a long time. I had a lot of brown spots on my face. I used to sunbath a lot, so I had a lot of sun demage. Kasia helped me get rid of these brown spots and tought me how to protect my skin against sun demage. She helped me with microdermabrasions and peels. Now my skin is smooth and evenly toned. She is very skilled with a lot of knowledge of skin care.

the best organic facial – I had an organic facial with Irena and it was the best facial I ever had. she was gentle and kind. and very informative on how to better take care of my skin. after my facial my skin was soft and glowy. LOVED IT!! BEST PLACE FOR TREATMENTS!!!!

Worst brazilian ever – Just moved to the upper east side and decided to try this place out. DO NOT go for waxing. Had a Brazilian with Irene,... I am now in pain and covered in dry wax!!! She practically tore my skin off,... and to top of did not wear gloves. Spend your money elsewhere.

I travel from San Francisco to see Kasia – I spent over eleven years in Manhattan trying to find the best day spa...and unfortunately only found it about two years before I left for San Francisco - Kasia's! I'm lucky enough to continue to travel to NYC on a regular basis, and the first thing I do is book some time with Kasia. Less agressivness! PLEASE!!!!!! – I was recommended by a friend to have a facial with, kasia. Though she did a thorough job(no blackhead left unsqueezed), my face felt and looked beaten. My husband said that, my faced looked as if I was attacked by a swarm of bees.
