Dr K is the best! Professional, personable, and efficient!
I have had colonoscopy treatments from Dr Katawala for years now and I absolutely would recommend him. Both my husband and I see him. He is personable and easy to speak with. The facilities on Diehl are clean, on time and the nursing staff is excellent. Never have had issues or complaints.
I'm having a lot of problems with my stomach. Although the Dr. has ordered various test, he's not communicating with me about his findings. The health care systems are relaying too much on my chart to explain outcomes to their patients. This is an extremely scary time for me. I'm in pain everyday and I'm not being told anything. How difficult can it be to take a second to converse with you patient. COVID has shifted how we respond to each other from a humanity perspective.
