Kashin has the best sushi AND the poke bowls are top notch! All of the staff that I had the pleasure to meet have been kind courteous! I gave 3 doctors in the Cary and Raleigh area and treating myself to Kashin afterwards makes my trips!
I wanted to keep it simple to see how they did. The tuna roll had the worst type of tuna in it, and did not seem very fresh and The road was small. The Giza was pan fried but a little bit greasy and the chicken appetizer was an edible overcooked and rubbery. I had gone to this restaurant with my son about four or five years ago and it was very good. It has changed unfortunately.
