Had first appointment time of the day, 8:30am, staff did not open doors until 8:20am. Signed in and gave information. Just after 9am, after still not being called back, I asked the front desk if there was a problem. They informed me that they had to verify with insurance, but that they had JUST verified and they would now check us in. Left appointment after 10am. Seems like the insurance should be verified the day before, OR they could open the doors earlier to get patients in by their appt.
This ws the first dr. I took my newborn to. I was not pleased with my visit one bit. My appointment was for 11am and did not end up being seen until 12:25 when there was only 3 other people in the office and one came 30 mins after I did. When I was finally graced with his presence he talked down to me trying to make me feel like i didnt know a thing about newborns. I did not like how rough he was with my son.Also he would not give me any formula b/c he said I made enough milk when i asked for it
