Showed my house recently, all we ask is that people keep 2 certain doors shut for pet related reasons (prevent them going into rooms with wires and plants). We have signs as seen on both. Both doors wide open when I got home. I called and asked him what we need to do to prevent this he's not the first agent to do this unfortunately.
