Terrible, terrible customer service, inconsiderate and disrespectful. They will fulfill my requests whether it is money orders or money transfers, but their attitudes is something to be contend with. I had an incident which I complained via phone to the manager named Karla, she promised to call and never called. When the owner called, his approach was with some sort of anger as if I was bothering his company by calling repeatedly to complain about how I was treated.
