Worst company to deal with. The communication is nonexistent. They took over TMT and we’ve been trying to cancel our contract for months, haven’t heard back from them unless it’s about an overdue payment. Want to call them? Goes to a call center in the Philippines. Money-hungry terrible people to work with.

it's a shame there isn't a negative star rating as that would be most appropriate. A predatory company that doesn't stop billing when contractually advised to, doesn't turn off services, files collections inappropriately and is simply horrible to deal with. Reps change faster than toilet paper and "have to" talk to everyone every X days for 30 minutes and waste time. Avoid this company. Do your research - there's a reason their name is shunned in online communities.

Scheduling with this company is a literal nightmare and their techs they bring into their meetings for assistance, are just flat out awful. The techs talk way too fast and they're so rude the whole time, I have had many experiences with colleagues while in these meetings, the techs need better communication and customer service skills. We haven't had Kaseya for long but are extremely close into looking for a different business to work with in the close future.
