Very disappointing customer service. Instead of addressing legitimate feedback professionally, Kaseya responded with dismissive and condescending comments. Respectful communication matters, especially with paying customers.
Worst company to deal with. The communication is nonexistent. They took over TMT and we’ve been trying to cancel our contract for months, haven’t heard back from them unless it’s about an overdue payment. Want to call them? Goes to a call center in the Philippines. Money-hungry terrible people to work with.
