When it comes to real estate, Kasey is your guy! I had always been curious on how to get into the market, but was always too afraid to because I didn't know where to begin. I had met Kasey through a mutual friend group, and he was right on the money! I can definitely say I feel much more confident in myself and my abilities to purchase a home in the near future.

I began searching for homes and am very familiar with equity real estate. I was looking for hours on their website and later was introduced to Kasey. The thing I liked about him was he actually sat down with me in person and took the time to hear my thoughts and concerns about finding me a rental property. He sent me listing after listing along with the cc&rs that way I could make sure rentability was allowed. After months of searching we finally found ourselves a good investment property.

I've known Kasey for years now. We worked together long before he became an agent, and when it was my time to purchase a home, there was no other person I'd recommend more. With Kasey, we had our loan done, inspections covered, and were moved in, start to finish in 3 1/2 weeks. We bought a Salisbury home and began to have issues. But that was no problem.
