This was a long overdue review regarding a visit I took my grandmother to last year. Dr. Morrison was SO patient with her - my grandmother is 90 years old, was very anxious about her medical issue and asked the same questions several times. Dr. Morrison was so kind, spoke slowly and kept reviewing his findings and providing further explanation until my grandmother seemed to understand. This star is not for Dr. Morrison, but for his front office staff. I refuse to patronize a business like Adventist Medical Group - Urology, which requires a 30-minute hold every time I need to make an appointment or ask a question. That's ridiculous. They need to figure that out, because he lost a customer, not for any fault of his own. I might consider him in the future if he joins a different practice. Or fix/supplement/fire their atrocious front office staff/call center.

Doc was friendly and professional, but unfortunately it’s the usual ‘jump through hoops’ experience. I had labs clearly showing Low T, but he still wanted me to retest in the morning instead of just helping me start treatment. Saw him on July 10. Did imaging a few days later. Have repeatedly tried to follow up with him to no avail. Totally unclear on the results of imaging or what I should do next.
