Kasey Nye was very helpful and professional. He seems to help everyone no matter their financial situation and is extremely genuine.
I went in there with a good feeling and hope but didn't receive a call for an update for almost a week after the meeting. I was only going in for something simple. I had to email for an update and received an email saying that I didn't need a lawyer and I could do it on my own. Not sure what changed but it felt really unprofessional. He said he would contact the other lawyer and would follow up with me right away and I never got that. Kasey was extremely helpful with my problem. It is unusual to find an attorney as straight forward as this.
Closing a business after 15 years of operation is never easy too do. I appreciated Kasey's honest and direct input , I never felt like he was trying to add billing hours or make the process more complicated than it needed to be. I appreciated having his support , hard work and straight forward execution during this unpleasant episode. I am glad I chose him over the large firm I was working with, the experience was much less complicated and expensive .
