I bought my fiance a gift card for a full body massage and facial about a year ago and they clearly told me there was no expiry date and she could come in whenever. She went in today and she told me it was the wrost experience ever. The staff even told her the gift card was expired but said they will do her a favour and accepted it. She told me it was the wrost experience ever and was very disappointed. Very poor service.

I got a voucher from groupon. The other reviews do not compare to what my experience was. No music or diffuser, towels smelled like pinesol. I think music or diffuser would’ve made it a better experience because it felt cold awkward and kind of unbearable during some parts of the massage and facial. It just wasn’t a professional massage, and for the facial they say choice of lavender or orange but never asked. It definitely did not smell like any of the two.
