Waited for 5 hours to get mom's finger superglued (Yeah I know there were bigger emergencies so I didn't complain as much as she did, but we were STARVING by the end of that) But then they wrote the wrong effing social security number on something so they pester mom uncontrollably about something not being paid and insurance is like "WE DID ALL WE CAN, I DON'T KNOW!" If you're looking for a lot of junk mail, wanna take all our friggin weekly bills from Presbyterian?
Among the worst staff ever encountered got a call at 5:04 today asking if I had my xrays and CT for visit tomorrow. Said no as was not saved to get them FOUR weeks ago when made the appointment. Then they call back and sat it is they got the report, so I asked what that would do as he needs to see the films. She said he could do nothing and it was all by fault. Hope they all choke.
Was treated very poorly by receptionist really quick to scream in my face(did try to appologize still unacceptable behavior) not helpful or compationate over heard security guards talking about turning off handicap doors when they bug him. Security staff and receptionist Shelly were cusing s*** f*** words with people in lobby very non prefesional. was there 11/2/15 1am waited two and a half hours was a couple very profesinal staff but none in er reception more worried about texting and what james and bryan think the world th... read more
THEY LIE FASTER THAN ANY POLITICIAN. WENT THERE FOR HELP AND FOUND OUT MY CAT HAS MORE COMPASSION THAN DRS. THE SECURITY GUARD WHO WALKED ME TO MY CAR SINCE IT WAS SO DARK IN PARKING LOT WAS A REALLY REALLY NICE MAN THOUGH...
Wonderful staff!!!! Had a great experience! Made my son's visit easy and treated him so kindly. He loved the attention and overall he didn't realized he was at the hospital
