Absolutely horrific experience!!! I just switched Dr’s to Dr. Kasein. Today was my first appointment. I arrived 15 mins early to fill out paperwork. I sat for an hour and 30 mins before being called and then another 30 mins before the nurse came back to offer me water, while I continued to wait to be seen. I told her I was leaving and that waiting for the Dr for more than 2 hours was absurd! I am so disappointed and enraged that they would allow any patient to wait more that 30-45 mins to be seen.
