Had them out in Aug '13. Correctly diagnosed the problem. Also discovered shoddy work done by a previous company. Parts weren't available immediately but the owner stayed in touch and all was repaired. Will be having them out again next week for my system check up.
Called Kase Heating and Air last week when it got cold. Turned on heater and nothing happened. It was about 430pm. Kase was booked but squeezed me in. They arrived within an hour, had part to fix it in truck and completed repair in less than an hour. And, I wasn't charged overtime rates. Great company, excellent service. Would highly recommend them.
Stay Away! Possibly the worst organization we have ever worked with. Gave us excuse after excuse for over a week as to why they could not come out and fix our AC. They have no desire to truly take care of their customer. Find someone else. There are plenty of other companies out there.
I agree with the last review written by NormRock. I was lied to by this company for days. Each time my husband or I spoke with JoAnn she was extremely unprofessional. Needless to say, we were very surprised when we were told she was the owner! Unfortunately my Home Warranty Company recommended Kase. Thank goodness I was referred to someone else. Save yourself time and don't suffer in the heat- call someone else.
If you enjoy being lied to for four days. Then this company is for you. If you like unprofessional attitudes and slovenly looking employees. Then this is company for you.
