Thus far a unimpressive law firm. They contacted me (looking for business) I replied to their inquiry by filling out their forms. I never received a contact back. After quite some time I was curious, so I called and left a message. After several messages I still have not received a call. There is no receptionist, so you always have to leave a message. Funny thing is they reached out to me! not the best way to attract new business.
I should have checked experience and reviews. My new house is literally falling apart at the seams, so I chose to participate in a lawsuit Kasdan had going. Once you sign you feel like you have no other approach, you can’t talk to other lawyers, manufacturer warranty is voided etc. I am glad the outcome was at least to the benefit of homeowners BUT the attorneys fees were super high (over 50% of the payout for EACH home), and the payout was not as significant as other neighbors with other lawyers and less issues. Great visit amazing Attorneys I have the pleasure of working for. It was nice to put faces to names and interact in person with everyone. I appreciated the learning experience and management taking the time to bring us all together to roll out the new plan for spring 2018.
