Best furniture store in Seattle. When somethjng isn’t right they fix it and then some. We had a defective item and they replaced it no questions asked and included delivery and removing the old item even though we didn’t pay delivery on the original item.
I had a really great buying experience here, specifically with Ashley. I felt very valued and tended to as a customer even though the couch I bought was a clearance floor model and had a small price tag. Thanks so much! Love my couch!

I'm writing this review to shout out the exemplary customer service I recently got from David Jaszewski in sales and Georgi Nedkov in service. I bought a couch at Kasala a decade or so ago and have loved it ever since, but recently one of the legs broke off. I figured 10 years is a pretty good lifespan for a couch and was resigning myself to dropping another $1-2k for a new one but figured I'd email the company just in case they could do anything to help.
