Amanda Warmack, the manager at Kasala Southcenter Outlet, went above and beyond to take care of an issue for us. We had run into a problem with a piece of furniture we bought a couple years ago, and she certainly provided an option that resolved all our concerns. Amanda used such judgement, professionalism and care, we will definitely return to Kasala for our next furniture purchase.
This Calia Italia Liberty couch is a dream, so comfortable, beautiful and well made. Rook, at Kasala was helpful in the store. The delivery to downtown Seattle was smooth and timely. I highly recommend Kasala furniture.
I wish I could give negative rating. We visited the Kasala furniture store at Pike Place yesterday and unfortunately had a very disappointing customer service experience. From the moment we walked in, the two men at the front desk were not welcoming at all. No one acknowledged us or asked if we needed help until we called someone over ourselves. I bought a couch from Kasala Outlet 5 years ago and it has held up beautifully and is the best couch I've ever owned. It is a power recliner with two recliner spots. The middle recliner got stuck on Saturday in the up position. I called Kasala on Sunday to see what to do. Ashley, the manager, was so helpful and positive. He said that even though the warranty was expired he would help me. He said it's usually an easy fix and he would have the service tech call me in 3-5 days to come and fix it. We used to shop here for long but have stopped moving forward. Bought decent amount of dining and living furniture ($$$$). The chairs starting cracking and peeling within 2.5 years. Contacted store and they shamelessly gave a $100 in-store credit with no other fix, for about $8000+ furniture bought. Dania has been a better fit for us.
