The ONLY place I eat sushi! I have been a loyal customer for years in Wadsworth. I recommend Kasai to every one I know! I am so happy I have a Kasai even closer to me in Green!!
The food is good, however the service we received that the Green location was horrible. Waitress forgot to bring drinks out until repeated reminders, Waited forever for our food in which the food came out first and then the salads and soup. At our table of four only one meal was correct. My husband's meal was never put in, so he had to wait even longer. When his food came out, he started to pick at it discovered it was the wrong meal. Past couple of times eating there service has been slow and bad. One dinner we had 3 different waitresses/waiter. Food portions are smaller than used to be (we have been going there since they opened). Tonight we tried carry out order and they didn't give us the correct sushi rolls...had to drive BACK to get rest of our order. $65 and they don't even throw in something extra for our trouble. Sadly we will be giving up this restaurant unless something changes.
The best sushi around! I've had sushi in NYC and i have to tell you that Leon and his crew make it better. Awesome!
Excellent all around! Service is amazing! Cocktails are also quit Divine!
