Amazing location - property manager is so helpful and friendly. Apartments are clean and really well laid out. The property amenities are well cared for and kept very clean. Kasa staff took care of any issues very proactive and rapid responses. Would definitely stay again and recommend Kasa to anyone coming to Wellington whether for a few days or longer.
We arrived and the room had hair on the floor and bugs all over, tv had a hole in it and some of the walls had holes in it and were dirty. We contacted the hotel to find out what can be done and to see if we can get a refund as this was not what we expected to stay in and they didn’t respond for 6 hours. It was gross unprofessional and we will never be back. Debating on calling the health department because it was just so gross. DO NOT STAY HERE. When the finally responded they only offered a $50 cleanliness refund.
Had a booking here. Got an email about 45 minutes before check in saying that all of the pools were closed due to resurfacing. Was on my way here with my family and two children. The pool was the primary reason I booked the hotel. The really terrible part was that even though the email was sent 30 minutes before my check it, it said that the pool closure began 4 days ago.
