Spotlessly clean when we arrived. Three 65” TVs in a 2 bed apt was excellent. Service requests dealt with effectively and efficiently. Great daily doorstep trash pick up. Community pool was 50 yds away and never busy.

DO NOT BOOK WITH KASA.COM! SCAM! If I could choose zero stars I would. Do not book with Kasa!! I booked a “refundable” reservation, and they did not refund when I needed to cancel for an Emergency. It is a scam. I paid more for a refundable rate and they kept my entire payment of $648. Absolutely Horrible customer service!
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Kasa’s Airbnb. The apartment was comfortable, quiet, nicely appointed, and clean! We were in town working a show at the Fairgrounds so the location was ideal and close to major highways, restaurants, shopping, etc. Check in and check out was super easy and communication was superb. I highly recommend this Airbnb and we look forward to our next stay!
