Once you figure out the remote check in, it is amazing! Was fine for us because there was someone at the front desk who could help, but if arriving late and jetlagged Icould see having challenges navigating the check in. But once you quickly get the hang of the ley card, the living space and roof top pool are terrific! Our first time at a Kasa property what an excellent experience. I was a little nervous thinking about the check in process which is all technological - no front desk, but it was super easy! The location is 3 minutes drive from Santa Clara University, with a coffee shop on the group floor. The unit itself was spotless, with plenty of room to spread out (think elevated short term corporate apartment). Our stay with Kasa in Santa Clara was fantastic! The layout of the apartment, communication with staff, their welcome and quick responses were great! The pool and spa area is beautiful and we really enjoyed them. We will definitely be back!
