Clean and comfortable environment. Good for staying and have the place to relax.
ZERO stars (it won't let me do this). This company is garbage. We’ve had our room booked for months in anticipation of our daughter’s college graduation. We received an email today saying our reservation is canceled that they are ceasing operations at this location. Our friend emailed and their rep said oh no, there’s no ceasing of operations and their reservation is fine. Poor business practices, I would be very cautious working with this terrible company.
Booked a room 9 months ago for SCU parents weekend. Went to check on reservation last night to see what I paid. No booking was found other than a random message "GX overflow". So, I called. I was told it was all fine and a technical glitch. I just received a text saying, sorry, your reservation was canceled. Thank god I randomly pulled up the reservation last night or I would have shoed up with no place to stay!!!
Don’t trust this hotel. I showed up at the hotel and told me it’s canceled my room because they overbooked.
