So spacious, love the layout, and having a good washer and dryer machine in the unit really took the cake for me! Definitely booking here again whenever I visit!! I also love how simple the parking situation is, everything about the stay was great!

We checked into Kasa University at Santa Clara ~5 days ago and one of the latch cards did not work from day 1. It is now 5 days and they have been shuttling the problem between the leasing office and their offsite support team. We do not yet have an ETA for the latch card to be fixed and the folks at the leasing office seem less bothered about helping. Outside of this issue, the location and the place are good. I am hoping someone between Kasa and the leasing office will own this issue and resolve it soon.

My reservation was canceled by Kasa only two days before check-in, leaving me scrambling to find alternative accommodations near Santa Clara University at the last minute. The biggest issue wasn't the cancellation itself—it was the timing. By that point, hotel availability was limited and rates were significantly higher. Travelers relying on a confirmed reservation should be aware of this risk. Recommend to find another more reliable place to do business. Checking in was stressful as the front door’s lock didn’t accept the code. Struggled for 10 mins, couldn’t reach anyone on phone support (it was late at night), finally found a different lock in the garage that would accept the code. The locks are very challenging to type a long code and I had to do it at 3 different gate points. Really suggest better lock hardware plus a more responsive phone staff to help. Very clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay. My stay was short but look forward to another time. Digital locks in the garage and elevator are very sensitive but manageable.
