TERRIBLE. I had booked my reservation in May. When I arrived in Denver in July I was told that they couldn't reserve my room. I wasn't told this until 30 MINUTES before check in time. I was stranded in denver with no accommodation. Absolutely disappointed with their service. I will not be over this. I am giving 1 star out of 5 becuase Google does not allow 0 star reviews. Location, rooms, and bed are great. Pool looked really nice though we didn't use it. Cons: there seem to be a lot of maintenance issues that have been unattended to. The first morning we woke up, the coffee maker didn't work. Then the toaster didn't work. To their credit they sent replacements within an hour. The bigger issues were that on our last day, the AC stopped working. So we came home to an 80 degree apt that night. This is my third time staying at a Kasa location. This particular one in Denver was exceptionally nice. Newer apartment with very modern decor and amenities. The location was very central and lots of things within walking distance, even Union Station which was very convenient. I always look for Kasa when I’m looking to stay out of town or even a staycation in my hometown. I highly recommend and look forward to my next stay at another Kasa location.
