Our apartment flooded and we needed a temporary “home.” The experience with Kasa was amazing. Check-in was easy, extending the stay was easy, the community was very welcoming, and the apartment was homey and comfortable. We loved being able to use the amenities (great gym, free coffee), and having a safe comfortable place for us and our pup. Highly recommended.
Perfect all around! I had no issue retrieving my access card and garage pass when I arrived. The instructions seem complex at first, but you just need to pay attention to the code to enter. From there on out the entire stay over 3 days was amazing. I loved how this was a studio apartment instead of a hotel room -- it felt more like a 1-bedroom.
