Husband booked specifically because it listed that it had air conditioning when others in the area clearly noted they did not. When we arrived to the room it was stiflingly hot, the windows were open so it smelled like urine, and there was no air conditioning. The contact person said, "oh, there's a portable air conditioner available. We can get that to you at 9:00 am" which was when we were meant to be checking out. We did not stay and they would not provide a full refund.
Really enjoyed my stay! Smooth check in, they were really helpful and always asking if everything was okay! Also good location near Pike Place Market
Location is unbeatable, it’s literally half a block from pike place market. Close to the waterfront and space needle, Seattle museum of art. Also a block from target (in case essentials were needed). close to the space needle The ‘room’ is actually a 1bhk apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. My husband and I were very comfortable here. It’s not a 5- star hotel but an excellent place to rest for someone whose purpose is to stay outdoors and enjoy Seattle. Wonderful stay!! So spacious - Loved the apartment style. Location was perfect, only a block from the Pike Place market - making exploring super easy. Service was incredible. They were so easy to reach, and I felt they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth for us. Will definitely be returning if we are in the area!! Highly recommend!!
