Great location, host was very hospitable!
I was in the hospital with a heart condition I was released i booked a room here and wasn't able to stay here at all I booked for 2 days it was so hot in there with no fan or ac I had trouble breathing in the room I contacted the desk they said give them my number I did and they never called they said they would refund but never did this place should not be open DONT STAY HERE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COUSTOMER SERVICE I GIVE IT -3 STARS

Go elsewhere! A cold shower and a broken bed after 20 hours of travel was awful. It's not hard to provide adequate accommodation, a hot shower and a good bed. This place failed on all counts.Had another cold shower on the 3rd and last night. The bed base leg was broken and we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. Contacted reception and they apologized, sent the maintenance man the next day who looked and then scurried away. Painted inside with dark grey so I thought I was in a tomb very depressing. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Infested with bed bugs, rooms aren’t cleaned, and they house homeless people. I would’ve experienced it for myself if they didn’t mess up the dates of my booking leaving me stranded in seattle without a hotel. Instead I got to hear about it from the receptionist of a nearby hotel that I had to pay FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for to stay at last minute. Their customer service has been terrible since then.
