WARNING: Do not book a property managed by this company, Kasa. 4 days before our trip, they texted me to canceled our reservation in Tempe, AZ stating they were "moving out of this property" and the timeline for this move was "out of their control." They left us in a huge bind to quickly find other accommodations on a ridiculous timeline as we couldn't change our travel plans for this trip. They offered absolutely no alternatives for us. Completely unprofessional and clearly unreliable company. Steer clear.
Really great. Took a minute to check in but once I was it was amazing. Defiantly going to use it again. Place was super clean and comfortable.
I took my family with me on a business trip; I looked for a place that had a pool, close to the Highways and Interstate and had plenty of room for the five of us. Kasa Tempe meet my needs plus the price was affordable with a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the apartment clean plus spacious. Our four night stay was nice but of the four night stay, two of the days the pool was closed. No idea why with no signed posted for the reason. Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Stove is a bit cheap and pans to cook very small, made of the cheapest Teflon type. Fob didn’t work to open the parking lot gate during 3 night stay. Convenient entry onto 101 and close to Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale and Tempe.
