They are beautiful modern, high-end apartments. Location is very convenient, close to shopping, fast food and restaurants as well as Carolina Beach. Customer service is exceptional! Very easy and conveinent to check in and check out. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area.
Absolutely terrible experience — avoid at all costs Kasa operates a virtual check-in, but due to a technical issue at their end, was unable to get us into our room. Check-in was supposed to be from 4pm, but the access code they gave us didn’t work. We called Kasa immediately – they said they’d send maintenance. We called multiple times over the next hour, but still no access by 8pm. Had wonderful and comfortable stay. Would definitely return.
Very nicely appointed. Bedrooms are a nice size. Kitchen is large. The pool area is very nice. We had an issue with one toilet and it was very quickly attended to. Note while being close to restaurants and such, it was about half an hour from the beach! Still, for the price it was worth it! Would definitely stay again.
Great space for families to stay. Nice, clean facility with pool. Location was not far from different locations in Wilmington so a good place to easily access all Wilmington has to offer.
