We absolutely loved our Kasa experience! The location to perfect for being able to use public transit to any place in the city. We visited the United Center and Magnificent Mile and both were very easy walks and rides from this place. The room was clean and the views STUNNING! The building itself was quiet, clean, and had very friendly staff on site. Location was perfect! We were right in between the Willis Tower and the museums. Exactly where you want to be to do sight seeing and exploring with a family. The room was perfect with lots of room, everything we needed, easy parking, and an amazing view!
I LOVED that the apartment had parking and allowed my cat (both for an additional charge of course). I had a partial view of the lake, which was an extra bonus for me. The support staff were friendly, and more importantly, timely, both in person and on the phone. Target, Whole Foods, a movie theater, restaurants, and public transportation (right outside), were only a few blocks away. The Jazz Showcase (I love jazz!) was a 3 block walk. I had a wonderful experience at Kasa South Loop. The apartment was pristine upon arrival and very well appointed. I honestly may never go back to a traditional hotel, I enjoyed this experience so much more.
