I really enjoyed staying at this place. The company is great, provides proper follow-up, and stays on top of your needs. The apartments are well kept, and I love how easy it is to interact with the team—whether it’s checking in or out, requesting a missing item, or handling any other detail. Everything is smooth and convenient. I totally recommend it. After several disappointments with hotels, I decided to give this place a try, and it truly matched my needs. Thank you!
The room was well maintained and well lit. There are plenty of amenities. Including a washer and dryer, which made it better than a hotel room.
We had an amazing stay at KASA South Loop. From the Time I booked to the time I checked out, Hosts were very responsive via telephone. The building location and everything in itself was beautiful and easily accessible. The front desk receptionist are very polite and took great care of us. The rooftop is more than amazing. I got way more bang for my buck buck! Thank you for all that you did to make my stay wonderful!!!

Perfect place to stay while visiting Chicago. Within walking distance to most everything a visitor would need or want. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. My favorite place was in front of the window or on the balcony at sunset. It felt like home. Appliances were all in working order; i cooked, used the dishwasher, and did some laundry. We will definitely use KASA for our next visit.
