This place is close to everything and safe!! We walked to downtown Chicago everyday and never had one problem! Some great restaurants close by and my wife walked to Starbucks in the target every morning!
Nossa estadia na Kasa foi incrível! Estávamos em três pessoas e o apartamento nos acomodou muito bem. Ele era grande, a localização era ótima, tinha todos os utensílios que precisávamos. A cozinha era completa e equipada, tinha café, azeite, sal e detergente para máquina de lavar louças e roupas. Esses itens facilitam a vida do viajante! Os demais ambientes do condomínio eram ótimos também. Tivemos problema com o fogão e prontamente ajustaram para nós. Recomendo demais!
We had a great experience staying here in one of the king bed studio apartments. Check in and check out instructions were super clear, and when maintenance needed access to the unit the virtual front desk was great about communicating the day before and making sure we were comfortable with that before allowing them entry. It was such a pleasant stay being in kasa. The view was in the skyline it was beautiful, and our apartment was very big for just us two- including a big bedrooms with walk in closet, small bedroom with twin bed and closet, and bathroom. We had everything we needed including a kitchen, laundry, and balcony. The instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow, and the location was close to everything we needed! Just a 10 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute train ride to everything. Highly recommend!
Very disappointed with this experience. Kasa should be more upfront that you are staying in a residential apartment building and not a real hotel. Next time my family will stay in an actual hotel that is set up to accommodate guests with actual amenities and dedicated staff.
