Very good place to stay, especially the proximity to downtown and access to the interstate. Rooms were clean, parking (reserved) convenient and customer service very good.

Scam - as several other reviewers have noted this place is poorly managed ... In general it is clean but when things go wrong there is no real attempt to make them right. The parking is a mild disaster. The instructions are essentially non-existent. While you can have multiple people stay - you only get one physical pass to get into any of the facilities/ car. Meaning if someone wants to go to the gym & another person wants to go to the pool they have to take turns. I was told you can't get more passes. My washer didn't work... read more
