Nice clean space, loved walking the trails and seeing the Avett Brothers at Red Rocks.
They nickle and dime you after you arrive with parking fees, pet fees when she is a service dog. And then either slap you with a very expensive deposit or a flat rate of $33 for damage protection. Your room has noise detection devices. If it goes above a decibal they text/email you saying they will be canceling the stay (if you have multiple nights), threatening to charge $500.
