Great stay. Lone female traveller. Felt safe, rooms were clean, comfortable and in a great location.
Great location, lovely staff
Absolutely avoid if you need to sleep at night. I was on the 4th floor and jet lagged. Could not sleep for 2 nights. Affected important meetings in the days. You can hear other rooms, people conversing on the road and every horn and siren from the streets and from far away. Never coming back here again. Avoid at all costs.
Clean room. Easy virtual check in. great location. just can't wait to be back again
I will try and stay here everytime I am in NYC
