The room was smaller than I thought. The location was perfect not too far from Chinatown and the subway. They do charge you a lot of extra fees. I'm not used to paying for an earlier check-in The hotels I've frequented are happy to allow free check-in if the room is available. Love the refrigerator and microwave 👌

Beautiful clean room with easy walking to lower east side and NOHO/SOHO. Bathroom was spacious and there was a frig with a freezer and a Nespresso machine! Great place for a week's stay.

Excelente alojamiento en el LES Manhattan!! Una bañera ideal para relajarse luego de un largo dia de paseo por Nueva York! El apartamento hermoso, con todo lo necesario para pasarlo bien. El metro está a tres cuadras cortas. El barrio está repleto de bares y restaurantes con la mejor onda. Súper recomendable! El equipo de Kasa siempre dispuestos ayudar, te contestan enseguida. El check in y check out súper cómodo, no tengo nada negativo para comentar.

The hotel is amazing. He met all my expectations. It has a central location, the subway is only 4 minutes away, the room is very clean and the work staff is very attentive. I will visit him again!!! Thank you.
