I recently stayed here and had issues with BED BUGS!!! After calling the office the first time we saw one, they told us they would come and inspect it while we were out. When we came back, our room was cleaned but hadn’t heard about the bed bug situation. The next day, we saw another bed bug under the pillow, and had to complain yet again. It was very gross and ended up switching hotels that day. They fully reimbursed us, but was not a pleasant experience.

Great location in LES, super central to trains, buses. Quick train ride to Williamsburg. Yummy restaurants and cafes all around. Love that there was a kitchenette to, as I was traveling with toddler. Would recommend and would book again in future!
Room was clean, entry/check-in/access was exactly as described and worked flawlessly for the week I stayed (this is very much automated so you need to be comfortable reading and following the directions - if you're looking to chat at check-in this isn't the place for you).
