Kasa was amazing!!! Great location, nice size room, kitchen is lovely. Bathroom products were top tier, the bed was super comfortable, and the bedding was luxurious! The staff was always just a tex away. Cant say enough good things.

Très bien placée, métro avec plusieurs lignes à moins de 5 minutes, permettant d'aller dans le nord de Manhattan, le sud de Brooklyn (Coney Island) ainsi qu'à Jamaica pour JFK. Chambre grande, et propre, fidèle à la description. Accueil sympathique, ménage fait tous les jours. Laverie (machines à laver et sèches linge ) très pratique. Très content de mon choix. 2 petites observations. - 1 passoire pour égouter riz ou pâtes serait un petit accessoire appréciable. - pas de consigne pour les bagages, ce que je peux comprendre. ... read more

Amazing location and room quality, couldn't recommend more! The main door was incredibly simple to access with the code Kasa provided; getting into our room was similarly easy. Location in LES is safe and quiet, and just a few minutes' walk from Chinatown. Katz' Deli is also in the area! We stayed in a king suite, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchenette, including plates and utensils. For the price, this was definitely the best place I've ever stayed in the city.

I come to NYC several times a year for work but I had never stayed at Kasa before. The room was spacious and well layed out. The bed was really comfy and I appreciated having a mini-kitchen for the few times I just grabbed some takeout and was able to comfortably eat in the room at the small kitchen table. Was spotlessly clean on arrival and in a great location. Will definitely come back!
