The room was comfy and had everything we needed for a 4-night stay. The shower was hot and the A/C cold. Service was impeccable as our room was cleaned every day. The location is close to great restaurants, shopping, coffee houses… pretty much everything you need. This was our first time staying here but it will not be the last as we come to the city at least twice a year to visit our son.
Great location with tons of dining and shopping in the area. Proximity to multiple subway lines meant we could get anywhere in the city quickly. We will be back!
Great spot to be near everything. The cleaning staff ensures your space is neat and organized. The staff was also very hospitable.
Bait and switch pricing online. Additional $165 in fees for three nights compared to similarly priced hotel.
Love this style of hotel, especially the online check in process.
