Good location, very informative on check in and check out process. We stayed in Uptown Charlotte for a wedding. We booked this as we had several families together but could have separate units. The unit we were in was a 1 bedroom unit with a pull out sofa. We planned on using the pullout sofa for a member of our party to sleep on. The first night we had no sheets for pull out sofa, in addition, the outlet in the bathroom did not work. My first stay with Kasa in St Louis. Great location, nicely appointed apartment, detailed/responsive communication (thanks Brittany!). Wouldn't hesitate to use Kasa again.
