This place Kasa Frisco Bridges Dallas is a perfect vacation home to relax and even better for unapologetic shoppers. It has all the right stores within a stone’s throw. Beautiful ambience in and out. I’ll definitely return there, and can’t even wait. It was worth my time and money.
Great place to stay room was very clean. Very quiet place, easy to park.Do not arrive at night signage is poor. Hard to find the building. I still would recommend, very close to mall and plenty of places to eat. Customer service was great, they answer the phone and respond to texts quickly.
The place is great and the location is great - however the customer service is not. I keep getting text messages asking me about providing my plate number and checking in and I checked in a day ago as well as provided my plate number. I called to make sure they knew I was checked in and that I was still receiving text asking me about checking in and the representative just kept advising they did not text me - I tried to send her a screenshot and she just kept saying I didn’t get the screenshot - didn’t offer any explanation ... read more
Place was amazing. Perfect location walkable to just about everything. Best part was 2 bathrooms!!! Way better than hotel and if looking for 5 star, cheaper!! Thank you had a perfect time with family due to accomodations!
