The place is great and the location is great - however the customer service is not. I keep getting text messages asking me about providing my plate number and checking in and I checked in a day ago as well as provided my plate number. I called to make sure they knew I was checked in and that I was still receiving text asking me about checking in and the representative just kept advising they did not text me - I tried to send her a screenshot and she just kept saying I didn’t get the screenshot - didn’t offer any explanation ... read more
Place was amazing. Perfect location walkable to just about everything. Best part was 2 bathrooms!!! Way better than hotel and if looking for 5 star, cheaper!! Thank you had a perfect time with family due to accomodations!
Very clean. (I’m picky). Beds super comfortable. Plenty of towels and soaps. The unit is just as pictured and bigger than I imagined. Large closets and bathrooms. Modern kitchen. Large dining table. The property is lovely. The hallways and elevators were tidy and clean. Never heard any neighboring residents. Never saw them either. We were there visiting our son in Frisco. Went to legacy west and North, Fort Worth stockyards, Dallas museums and botanical gardens. Had a wonderful 3 days.
This property was centerly located to many shops and restaurants. It was a 5 minute drive to the Ford Center. Very spacious and clean. Hosts were very attentive, will definitely stay here again for future travel. Highly recommend if you are traveling to the Frisco area.
