Air conditioner didn't work the entire first day we were there. In compensation they offered 10% off our next stay - that was also an offer on a QR code in the room. Couldn't control the air conditioner temp at all, you get what they give you. Location was great, space was cute, but management is so bad I would avoid.
Had a great stay at Kasa Edison house. Excellent location in Dilworth. Nice neighborhood. Not loud. Excellent personal touches like coffee place recommendation for example. And cookies. Cute comfortable one bedroom apartment with adequate space for two for sure. Not a luxury situation - an excellent value for the location and amenities and we will be staying there again.
Kasa Edison was originally chosen for my 4 night stay based on price & location to Queens University. This place is a hidden gem in Charlotte. Easy virtual checkin, clean spacious room with Kitchenette, lots of white fluffy towels. Highly recommend if you are visiting Charlotte.
