From the beginning of the reservation process to arriving at the room, everything was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Kasa's customer service was outstanding, with consistent communication throughout the reservation process, as well as before arrival and after departure. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return to this location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and seamless stay.

Kasa Edison House South End Dilworth Charlotte is an exceptional lodging! Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, and coffee, however, they provided Copper Cow pour over with a hot water heating pot in the room. The Jr. Suite is well stocked for kitchen (and cleanup) and a bathroom with all the amenities you would want. The sound machine was a very nice touch. The rooms are tiny. If you are trying to fit in a bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom in there make it bigger. I basically rolled out of bed and hit the refrigerator. Otherwise just do a bedroom and bathroom and it would be fine. Also, there is no way to control the temperature in the room.
