Fabulous location, clean, and an excellent value. The automated system is simple and works effectively, even for a tech deficient middle-aged woman. Responsive staff who respond in a timely matter to any concerns or issues. A comfortable, safe, hidden, little gem that I would definitely recommend. Lack of direct human contact was a plus in my book .
Really enjoyed my stay here. It was a 12 minute uber to a concert at The Fillmore. The area felt safe and the bed was comfortable. Adorably decorated! Would stay again.
Loved the place and the area. There is plenty to do within walking distance of the place. The place was a little small, but I would stay here again! Two suggestions: bed trays and luggage racks.
The Kasa team is very polite, informative, and helpful. The room was just what we needed and surprisingly nicer than expected.
Stayed for new years eve and our room DIDN'T HAVE ELECTRICITY. They're still charging us full price!!! Kasa is a great example of why it's a TERRIBLE IDEA to have an unstaffed hotel. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else. Zero stars
