Kasa was way more than I expected. It is a true home away from home. I wish all “hotels” were as comfy, clean and wonderful as this. I was also very impressed with their customer service. They answered questions quickly and accurately. I would stay here anytime!!!
My parents are staying here for business. They are 83 and 80 with no choice of hotel. Being the age that they are they do not leave their cell phone on. There is no front desk or way to reach any guest in case of emergency. This was the hotel reply ‘Hi, kindly be advised that we do not have a way to connect to our guest and you will need to contact them through their personal contact information’. Not helpful!
The location is perfect to walk everywhere downtown within minutes. The check in process was easy and very detailed. The unit was prefect for our group
Our first time in Louisville. Or accommodations made us feel right at home. It was in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops.
