Stayed there for the second time. They charged me for a pet after the stay and said decision was final via email. I tried calling and you get a call center person who would not escalate the call to a manager or someone on location. Would not let me explain they must have made a mistake as we never had a pet and wanted to get resolved. Horrible communication, never again. And obviously from their response below they don’t care and it’s all AI generated/IVR.

The place was beautiful, spacious and clean. The location was amazing, close to every thing. The pool was amazing. My only complaint is, the bedroom didn’t have a TV, which I love to watch tv until i knock out and that they charge for parking. Parking should be included since they know it’s hard to find parking in the area. The bed was comfortable which was a major plus for me. Also loved that the unit came with a washer & dryer. Would definitely stay here again.
This is not a hotel. It’s an internet webpage that rents people’s apartments in a residential community. Someone from Miami answers the phone when you struggle to enter the building and find your room. Parking is even more confusing. Residents are wondering why you’re walking around confused in their halls and would rather not answer questions. Great location, very clean, easy access. Overall good experience. Only issue is no tv in bedrooms. That should be an easy fix.
