Very clean and comfortable. Check-in instructions were very clear. Within one block of hospital, summer farmers market, walking trail. The building is a bit confusing but a great central, safe location. I had a bit of trouble with the parking garage gate but they helped me quickly. Our unit was on the inside and was very quiet.
It was a very pleasant home away from home experience. Since I mostly enjoy traveling alone, the convenience of safety is always a factor in my choices when traveling. The Kasa Dilworth was not only safe, the homeowners and staff were extremely friendly. Having the amenities like staying at a hotel were definitely a plus. It was in walking distance of everything downtown, near walking parks, and great restaurants were a plus. First time using Kasa and turned out great. The apartment was perfect for 6 guests including children. Very nice amenities including pool. This was also walking distance to many cool spots near downtown CLT!
Stayed there for the second time. They charged me for a pet after the stay and said decision was final via email. I tried calling and you get a call center person who would not escalate the call to a manager or someone on location. Would not let me explain they must have made a mistake as we never had a pet and wanted to get resolved. Horrible communication, never again. And obviously from their response below they don’t care and it’s all AI generated/IVR.
