My partner and I have been living here for about three months now. We’re extremely happy with the property for many reasons. The location, views and quality of the units are fantastic. I recently signed a lease here with Aliena as my property manager/tour guide. She has been beyond helpful and professional, answering all my questions. Additionally she has been so prompt with her response time. I ended up signing knowing I will be in great hands. Wonderful team to work with!!
SO i stayed at an AirBnB here with a friend along with visiting the Stellar! cafe + bar downstairs and I'd say this has been one of the best airbnbs i've been in to date! The cafe downstairs is Black Woman Owned and Woman Ran! Well at least it was when I was in Denver, and the service there was great, we even had a chance to grab some drinks before we left and were so sad we didn't get to stay long enough to witness the late night parties they throw sometimes on the weekend!
Location was nice, quick and easy to get throughout the city. 2nd time staying here and I will continue to stay with Kasa.
