As a Kasa renter (everyone else disregard). The rooms were super noisy and this is apparently a known issue because each bedroom has a dedicated sound machine, you'll want sleep aid. It feels like a corpo apartment, very sterile and furnished with what seems like cheap Amazon furniture. The appliances were a tier above your average apartment which made the furniture choices seem even cheaper and even more like an office. Good stay for a good price!
Perfect location, great service. Rooms are clean
Booked two nights. Stayed only one. Was impossible to sleep because a fight in another room. People crying, screaming, furniture being moved, and other horrible sounds that I cannot even describe. Called Kasa twice, and instead on focusing on a solution, they keep asking me to describe the horrible situation again and again. Me and my family could only sleep for 3-4 hours, and only after we called the police. We booked a hotel for the second night. Had an issue with parking on first night, I shouldve received an email prior to arrival with designated parking spots but had to ask and didn't receive until next day. Had issues with shower turning off automatically, raised issue but never resolved. Did my own troubleshooting and determined it automatically shuts off when hot water is used up which is not typical so would've been nice to know that in property details when checking in.
