Everything was described perfectly. The room was very clean and parking was convenient right across the street!
I booked my stay through Vrbo 4 months ago. I received a phone call 2 hours before my check in telling me they canceled my booking due to my background check. There is nothing on my background check with reason for them to cancel me. I had booked this for my birthday and was bringing 4 other people with me. Perfect location. Easy walk to Broadway but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. Check in and check out we’re easy. Parking was convenient and never a problem. Everything was clean. We had a small issue with our code on the last day of our stay but customer service helped us out within 5 minutes. We would recommend this property to our closest friends and family.
the cutest room ever! i loved the set up, felt so homey and was in the perfect downtown nashville location! will definitely be staying again!
We absolutely loved our stay at Kasa! Extremely conveniently located, clean, and concierge was outstanding! We will stay with Kasa again when we return to Nashville.
