My wife and I were blown away by all the amenities in the complex and how very well appointed our unit was, it has everything you could need, and more. I only wished we had been staying longer, the customer service team is beyond helpful and the communication is amazing. We will.not hesitate to look for and stay in more kasa units going forward. Thank you!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! My mother booked with them for a trip (visiting from out of the country) and they canceled her booking on the day of the check-in, A FEW HOURS before check-in. They claimed that it was due to "an oversell" but how do you oversell when you are running a business, then when I called they claimed "the system allowed more guests to book than they could accommodate". Took NO accountability and expect us to wait 5-10 business days for a refund which is ridiculous after someone has paid ... read more
Location was perfect for what we needed. After a 10 hour drive it was refreshing to go to a place as comfortable as home. Check in and out were simple. Communication with kasa was easy and very responsive.
Super cool place to stay. Beautiful scenery and very safe building. I enjoyed the available amenities and seeing the train so close really excited me . Quiet stay and clean rooms all over . Will def be booking again! Close to the stadium for the event I attended .
